What will help from senile insanity and decrepitude

Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, said:

“Whoever reads the Qur’an will not comprehend senile decrepitude, as it is said (in the Qur’an):

“Then We will return him to the lowest of the lowest (we will prolong his life so much that he will turn into a decrepit old man), except for those who believed …”
[Quran 95-5: 6]
