Fighting the show in the heart of the righteous predecessors
Yusuf ibn Hussein ar-Razi said:
“The most difficult and valuable thing in this world is sincerity. How many efforts have I made to rip out of my heart the desire to do something for show, but it seems to be just being modified and growing with renewed vigor. ”
Mutarrif ibn ‘Abdullah appealed to Allah with the following prayer:

Sufyan Sauri said:
“The hardest thing for me was to control my intention, because it was constantly changing and eluding me.”
Yusuf ibn Asbat said:
“For the one who does any deed, it is more difficult to cleanse the intention from all defilement than to exert a lot of effort.”
Nafi ‘ibn Jubair once said:
