3 Forgotten Sunnahs

• Come to the mosque without haste
• The next important sunnah is when you go to prayer slowly.
• There is no need to rush, even if they gave iqam. And even if the prayer has begun, there is no need to rush.

Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: “If they give iqamat for prayer, then do not run to it. Walk on foot, being in a calm state and what you have time to pray, and what you have not had time, make up for.”
This hadeeth was narrated by Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim.

And therefore, we often see when brothers enter the mosque and saw that the imam made a hand ‘(bow from the waist), they start to run.

This is wrong – it is contrary to the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).
